Qingdao Putian Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd Held the Founding Meeting Successfully
Qingdao Putian Intelligent Manufacturing Co.,LTD sucessfully held the founding conference at headquarters on the morning of Mar 21st, 2020.
The founding conference was hosted by Chairman Guan Yangchun, all initiating stockholders, candidates for directors and supervisors attended the meeting together, and membrs of the Board of Directors of Hicorp Group attended as nonvoting delegates.The shareholders at the meeting unanimously agreed that Qingdao Putian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. changed its overall name to "Qingdao Putian Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd." and elected the first Board of Directors and Supervisors. Members of the board of directors: Sun Xu, Yin Taiji, An chuanjiang, Xu Xianliang, Wang Kedong; members of the board of supervisors: Chen Yan, duanjing, Yang Dejie (employee supervisor).
Sun Xu, the newly elected chairman of Qingdao Putian Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Chen Yan, the chairman of the board of supervisors, respectively made statements. Guan Yangchun, the chairman of the Hicorp Group, forward new requirements for the newly elected directors, supervisors, senior executives and the operation of the company after the share reforming. He hoped that the new team could be diligent and operate in strict accordance with the regulations, and lead Qingdao Putian intelligent manufacturing company to achieve better performance, live up to the group's trust. At the same time, Qingdao Putian is required to be listed on the new third board to drive the standardized operation of all sectors of the group and accumulate experience for other sectors of the group to rush into the main board market.
